Product build quality is so good and eye catching.
I had tried it by heating water and water became hot in just 5-7 minutes. Thats good.
Also quality of cord, plastic and aluminium is superb. It comes with 1 years brand warranty. Received One Heater, Plastic Spatula, user guide and warranty card.
Also packaging was too sturdy.

I was searching for a wax heater and couldn’t conclude as I have never planned to buy one but when I started the search and looked at the questions posted by many I was looking for the one which can have the tin fitting in and the moment I opened I was little sceptical about the product as it was very light weight and small, then I tried putting in the rica wax tin inside and it fitted in very well and there was also gap. But I was very happy as it heated the wax quickly and I haven’t seen any temperature controller but the wax was hot for a long time. Maybe once u heat it properly you can get two hands waxing done. As it was first time at home I was being very slow.

Wish this product had a dial based setting that lets the temp be moved to warm once the wax is melted. Overall a good and durable wax heater. Have used only tins inserted and so, didn’t face any issues in cleaning. Please be aware of the size of the heater if you’re warming up the tins – 14oz or 16oz might be the max fit. Trustworthy brand – have used for many months now.

I used it for the Rica wax container. During the first use, even after 10 minutes the wax didn’t melt & i thought the warmer was not working. But after 10 more minutes the wax was melted. So it takes almost 20-30 minutes for the wax to be melted completely. So be patient until it melts! Second time use was 👍🏼.
Its easy and safe to use. But couldn’t find the heat regulator as mentioned in the product description.
Its definitely a value for money product.
